 Article 1 - Name and Purpose
Section 1 - Name:
This organization shall be called the Aesop Robinson Golf Association, hereafter referred to as the Association. The Association is a Type-3 Independent organization as classified under AR 210-1, Appendix B.
 2008 Annual Membership Fee
The 2008 annual membership fee for Association members is $150. The fee is due March 31, 2008. Please note that the Association requires full payment of the membership fee in order for a member to participate in an Association event. The Association Treasurer is in charge of our financial records and can accept your payment. Also, note that you must complete an Expense Voucher for any expenses incurred on behalf of the Association. Please present it along with a copy of your invoice to the Association Treasurer - McKinley Hudson (or email to Treasurer@arga.org).
Do you know someone who is interested in joining our Association? If you do, then the first thing you need to do is to have that person complete a Membership Application Form. This and other forms such as the Biographical Sketch, Funeral Planning Sheet, and Expense Voucher can be printed from this site. Completed forms should be presented to the Chairperson responsible for that activity.
Did you know that our Association is approved and certified under the provisions of AR 210-1 to operate at Fort Meade as private organization? An important proviso of our certification is that we can hold fund raising events on Fort Meade to support any charitable endeavor of the Association. That proviso is especially important for our participation and support of the Junior Golf Program!
